Beck is at real risk of throwing at least one interception because Texas A&M gets heavy pressure and he’s had multi-INT games vs tougher teams. If you have another quarterback, sit him; if not, accept the risk and try to cover it by starting safer players elsewhere or picking a defense with a good matchup.

Draft him in the mid-to-late rookie rounds in long-term or rookie-focused drafts, or grab him as a late gamble in leagues that let you start more than one quarterback. He could start right away and has a long future, but he hasn’t been a full-time starter and might need time to gel with his new team.

Draft him only in the late rounds or wait to pick him up during the season; don’t make him your every-week quarterback. He can throw accurately and hit big deep passes in the right matchup, but he’s often inconsistent and can disappear some weeks.
