Start Kincaid — he’s been getting lots of targets and goal-line looks against a Miami defense that has struggled against tight ends. Just know he shares playing time with others so his week-to-week score can swing, and if you want less risk or can trade him while people like him, that’s reasonable too.
He's only on the field part of the time and really only helps when he scores a touchdown, so don't start him in normal lineups. Only use him as a long-shot play in deep leagues or if he suddenly starts running routes on most plays and getting more looks.
Don’t start Kincaid in Week 1 — Baltimore is very tough on tight ends, he’s splitting targets with Dawson Knox, and he hasn’t done much lately. Keep him on your bench and only play him if you have no other option or get a much easier matchup.
Draft him in the late rounds as a cheap pick — he could get more catches with Josh Allen. But he’s risky: he may share time, has injury history, and sometimes drops catches, so don’t count on him every week.
