Washington is seeing a lot less playing time and targets in Pittsburgh, so bench him this week unless you really need a starter or the matchup is unusually easy; only start him if a teammate gets hurt or he suddenly starts getting more work.

He’s stuck in a four-way rotation at tight end, so you can’t count on him to play much or get catches any week—especially on Thursday nights. Drop him in most normal leagues; only keep him if you play very deep leagues or you’re holding players across seasons as a long-term project.

Draft Darnell Washington in the late rounds as a cheap bench pick, and skip him in the early or middle rounds. He's big and might get goal-line chances in his coach's offense, but he's third on the depth chart so he may not see many snaps early — in long-term leagues you can grab him for the bench.
