Start Fairbairn — he kicked three field goals last week (two over 50 yards) and was the only Houston scorer, so he’s shown both range and reliability. He faces a team that gave kickers plenty of chances last year and plays at home in a covered stadium, so unless Houston suddenly starts scoring a lot more touchdowns he’s a solid start.

He's steady and accurate, and this matchup should give him a few kicks to score from. He won't explode for big points if the offense only scores touchdowns, but he's safer than picking someone new.

Draft him in the late rounds as your kicker — he's accurate, makes long kicks, and is the team's regular kicker with several games indoors. He's a safe, low-risk pick, but Houston doesn't score a lot so he probably won't put up massive points.
