Start Kyren Williams — he’s the Rams’ main running back, got a heavy workload last week, and faces a Tennessee run defense that’s been giving up yards. Watch the injured guards though, because if the line can’t block he could be limited, and only trade him if you can get a clear upgrade like Jonathan Taylor.
Start Williams most weeks — he gets a lot of carries and is the go-to near the goal line, so he usually gives steady production and touchdowns. Watch preseason snaps for any rookie stealing touches, and if you have a bench player with a much easier matchup you might sit Williams in tournament lineups.
Draft him in the middle rounds. He’s the team’s main running back and should get plenty of plays in a good offense, but he can be uneven and has some fumble and injury risk, so don’t reach for him.
Draft him in the early rounds. He’s been super reliable the past few years, and even though Blake Corum will take some carries, the Rams’ offensive line is one of the best—so he’ll still put up nice numbers.
