Add Willis as insurance — Love has a concussion and Jackson is iffy, and Willis runs well and has shown enough passing to step in as a decent starter if needed. He has a shoulder question and usually throws less when Love plays, so grab him in most leagues (especially ones that use more quarterbacks or have bigger rosters) but only start him in a normal one-QB league if Love is officially ruled out.
Don't draft him — only pick him in the very late rounds if you want a cheap backup in case Jordan Love can't play; otherwise skip him in normal leagues.
