He’s not likely to get many passes this week, so sit him unless your other tight end is worse, you have almost no options at the position, or an injury suddenly boosts his role. Watch late injury updates and whether Pittsburgh has to throw a lot, because that could change things.

He’s super reliable for short catches — at least two catches in each of his last 20 games — and Seattle has been hittable by tight ends, so he’s a safe start. Just remember he doesn’t get a ton of targets, and a big run game or blowout could limit him, so check for late injury or weather news.

Draft him in the late rounds as a cheap backup or a bye-week fill-in. He finished strong last year and could score a few touchdowns, but he’ll have to share playing time with Jonnu Smith and the offense is still changing, so don’t count on him as your starter.
