He got a lot of looks despite limited snaps and clearly has a connection with the QB, so start him as your team’s second receiver or in the extra-receiver spot if your league gives points for each catch. He’s still being eased back after knee surgery so his playing time could be spotty — you can pick him up if he’s available, but don’t count on him as a guaranteed weekly starter.
Start him — he's New England’s top target and should get most of the throws from the new quarterback against a weak Raiders secondary. Just check the final injury and snap reports since he's coming off an ACL and might be eased in.
I’d draft him in the mid-to-late rounds — he should get a lot of passes in New England and can lead their receiving group, but he just had an ACL tear and is in his early 30s, so he might be slower or miss time early.
You should definitely draft Diggs in the late rounds since he has proven he can put up great numbers. He is still recovering from an injury and looking for a team, but taking him this late lowers the cost of that risk.
