Sterling Shepard

Tampa's top receivers are hurt, so Shepard is getting a lot more passes and is worth picking up in bigger leagues or scoring systems that reward catches. He’s a good start while those injuries last, but keep an eye on other receivers who could steal some of his looks.

If Tampa Bay’s top receivers are out or limited, start Shepard — he’s been catching a lot lately and would likely become their main target. Detroit’s pass defense is weak and few teams have him, so pick him up and play him now, but double-check the final injury report because he loses value if Evans or Godwin play.

Start Shepard — he should get a lot more passes if Mike Evans and Chris Godwin sit. He’s safer than Isaiah Bond because he already catches passes, but check the final injury report and watch for Egbuka taking some looks.

Pick him up — Evans is hurt, Godwin might not play, and Shepard already has chemistry with the quarterback and has been catching a bunch of passes and yards. He’s on most waiver wires so don’t pay much; only start him this week if Godwin is out or your league gives extra points for every catch or has lots of bench spots.
