He's been getting a lot of targets and the Jets will probably have to throw a bunch against Kansas City, so start him if you need someone who could have a big game or if your usual tight end isn't reliable. Check the final injury and snap reports before kickoff.
He played almost every offensive snap in Week 1 and there aren’t many other pass catchers behind the starters, so he could keep getting looks. It’s only one game, so bench him this week unless your league is very deep or someone gets hurt, and watch how much he plays and how many passes he gets over the next two weeks before starting him.
His value really comes down to better play from the quarterback and getting more passes thrown his way — right now he barely sees the ball. If you're in a deep league, grab him for your bench if he's available, but don't start him unless he starts getting about four passes a game and more looks near the goal line.
Pick him only in the final round or as a very late gamble. He played well before a foot injury and could become a regular starter if healthy, but there’s real injury and role risk so experts are mixed and it’s a coin flip.
