Start Tyler Higbee — he’s the Rams’ main tight end and should see a lot of quick targets against a team that rushes the passer, which should mean steady catches and a real chance to score. Only one expert pushed him and targets can shift with game flow, so check late injury and game-day news.

Stafford is throwing mostly to Nacua and Allen, so Higbee hardly gets any passes — he only helps if he scores a touchdown, so in most leagues bench him unless you need a big play or have no other options.

He’s splitting time with two other Rams tight ends and rarely gets steady passes, so he’s not someone you can trust to start most weeks in regular leagues. Only use him as a risky pick in very deep rosters or one-day contests, or if one of the other tight ends gets hurt.

Skip him in the early and middle rounds. Only pick him in the late rounds or after the draft as a bench guy — he likely won't get many catches and needs a few touchdowns to matter.
