Defense Advice

Cincinnati BengalsDEFstart
The Bengals are up against a struggling Browns squad that can’t seem to settle on a quarterback. The Bengals' defense has been stepping up lately, and with a good matchup and a spread over a touchdown, they could really take advantage of the Browns' turnover problems. This could be a sweet spot for some fantasy points.
Houston TexansDEFstart
The Texans D has been crushing it lately, racking up sacks and takeaways like it's going out of style. They've been averaging about 11.1 fantasy points over the last couple of weeks, and they’ve got a good shot at lighting it up against a Chiefs offense that might be a bit shaky. It's a bit risky, but their aggressive play could really pay off for your fantasy team this week.
Kansas City ChiefsDEFstart
The Chiefs have locked down the AFC West and are gunning for that top seed, looking pretty solid overall. They’re favored to take down the Texans, and with some key guys coming back, their offense is ready to take advantage of the Texans' weak spots. Expect a high-scoring matchup, which is great news for your fantasy lineup.
Miami DolphinsDEFstart
Even with the wind doing its thing, Dolphins players are still solid picks. Plus, they’re up against the Browns, who aren’t exactly a tough matchup. Time to roll with those Dolphins this week!
Minnesota VikingsDEFstart
The Vikings defense has shown improvement and can take advantage of the Bears' struggles, particularly with their new offensive schemes. They have a solid chance to generate turnovers and defensive points.
New York GiantsDEFsit
The Giants are on a nine-game losing streak and just can’t get their offense going, so they’re a shaky pick for your fantasy team. Even though they’re up against the Falcons, it’s probably best to steer clear of Giants players unless you really have no other options. There's just too much uncertainty and they’re not in a good spot.

Player Advice

D'Andre SwiftRBsit
D'Andre Swift has been highly inefficient this season, averaging only 1.8 yards per carry and 6.5 fantasy points per game. He is losing touches to Roschon Johnson and is struggling behind a weak offensive line, making him a risky play even against a defense that has allowed 5.1 yards per carry. It's best to sit him until he can prove himself again.
DJ MooreWRstart
DJ Moore is facing a vulnerable Rams defense that has allowed the most PPR points to perimeter receivers and boasts the second-most Fantasy points allowed to wide receivers. He is coming off a solid performance with 15.2 fantasy points and eight catches for 78 yards, indicating that the Bears' passing game is improving. With potentially increased targets this week, he has big play and touchdown upside, making him a strong start decision this week. Additionally, he excels after the catch, which could lead to significant yards and scoring opportunities.
Ja'Marr ChaseWRstart
Despite a shoulder injury, Ja'Marr Chase has shown strong recent performance and is expected to be a key target in the Bengals' offense, making him a solid start for high scoring potential.
Kyle PittsTEstart
Pitts has consistently shown potential despite underwhelming point production. He has a good matchup against New Orleans, which ranks poorly against tight ends (including allowing the third-most receiving yards and fifth-most fantasy points to tight ends). Given the scarcity of high-potential options at tight end, his upside is worth the risk even with recent performance concerns.
Rachaad WhiteRBsit
Rachaad White has struggled with low rushing efficiency and a decreasing role in the offense. The emergence of rookie Bucky Irving, combined with a tough matchup against the Eagles' stout run defense, makes White a risky play. His value is limited to a flex option at best this week.
Rico DowdleRBadd
With significant injuries among other RBs and emerging as the Cowboys' top running back, Rico Dowdle should be added to your roster for potential increased usage later in the season.
Tyreek HillWRstart
Despite inconsistent quarterback play without Tua Tagovailoa, Tyreek Hill's immense talent and big-play ability make him a must-start option. He ranks high among WRs and can create opportunities even in difficult situations.
Zach CharbonnetRBsit
Zach Charbonnet faces a difficult matchup against the Detroit Lions, who allow the fewest points to running backs and have proven very effective against the run. With Kenneth Walker III potentially returning, Charbonnet's role could be diminished as well, making him a risky play.
